- every team member has an annual training budget,
and the freedom to research and suggest their own training focus. - monthly in-house Eden Academy training sessions.
- regular 1-1s with senior team member or mental health first responder.
- scheduled external training covering all our service offerings.
- experienced industry experts (usually friends of Eden) offer seminars, presentations and inside knowledge in person and tailored to the Eden team.
- Strong connections with local universities – many of our junior team are invited to share their industry experience regularly with aspiring PRs.

workplace and homeplace
- we believe our hybrid model – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week – gives just the right amount of flexibility mixed with face-to-face team time.
- we’ve created a workplace that’s in a great location (with
spectacular views) and lots of extras to provide an environment that is a home from home. - we’re confident we boast the largest selection of regularly replenished coffee pods in Nottingham for our caffeine-loving team! Do feel free to challenge us on that – but perhaps wait until after we’ve had our second flat white of the day…

no one is left behind
- we all face different challenges at different times. Eden’s mental health policies and our trained Mental Health First Responders make sure that there is support in place for those that need it.
- regular 1-to-1 meetings with every team member provide a confidential and informal place for checking in or just to chat through ideas that need an initial sounding board.

all work and no play?
the team enjoys weekly Thirsty Thursday afternoons from our well-stocked mini bar and the Eden social committee has its own budget to pay for tickets, pizza, drinks at the local, sports, board games lunches and anything else that takes their fancy.

rewards
- along with the obvious paths to promotion and personal glory, there’s extra benefits available to the Eden team.
- everyone gets their birthday as holiday (or chosen working day) but that’s not to say that they miss out on presents and cake in the office. We love cake. And we have some excellent Bake-Off worthy bakers in the team.
- Long service is rewarded with additional holiday days – 1 extra day for every year of service past 12 months – to a maximum of 5 extra days. And we grant extra holidays, to allow us to close the office doors between Christmas and New Year.
